oday, September 9, 2014 is the 5th year anniversary of Beat Fm 99.9. The station, launched on air exactly 5 years ago on the 9th day of September 2009 to make it synchronise with the station’s 99.9 frequency location, is celebrating in a big way. While they are currently giving out loads of free gifts including recharge card vouchers, goodies bags, star dates and several other gifts, the icing on the cake is that they are also going to give out airline tickets and a plot of land out to lucky winners. Beat FM is a sister station of Naija FM and Classic FM as all subsidiaries of Megalectrics Nigeria Limited led by Chris Obosi. The station is currently home to well-known On-Air personalities such as Toolz, Olisa Adibua, Osi, Gbemi, Dami, Maria and others. Beat FM is also running an open day session, with several celebrities stopping by at different times to celebrate with the urban radio station. Already Cynthia Morgan, Basketmouth, Isaac Gerald, and Sarz have been at the station, with many more celebrities expected before the day runs out. The plot of land, according to the station’s presenters, is located in Lagos State....
